Pumpkin Patch and trick-or-treating (take one)

We took the kids trick-or-treating at sorority row on campus Thursday.  All the sorority houses give out candy and set up games for the kids.  Andrew had a great time and Emily took no time figuring out this whole trick-or-treating thing.

Yesterday we went to a pumpkin patch with Gramma and Aunt Jenny.  Andrew tried to pick up all the heavy pumpkins.

"Yay pumpkins"

They had a hay maze that they both had a good time running around in.

Emily got stuck and big brother came to her rescue and dug her out.

Andrew loved the big tractor!

Aunt Jenny picked out some pumpkins and they helped her take them to the car.

Then we headed to the playground.  Emily is such a little thrill seeker, she loves the slide, but only the biggest fastest slide, and was really having fun standing on the marry-go-round.

Riding bikes and feeding ducks

We went to feed the ducks this morning.

They were crazy!  There were way more ducks than there used to be and they were hungry and greedy!  Andrew loved it, Emily was not a fan.  I put Emily on this bench so they couldn't get to her, she was surrounded.

Then we walked around the pond and the ducks followed, Andrew was so excited "come on ducks, come on" and Emily was still not impressed.

Once they stopped following us she did enjoy looking at them from a distance.

"Hey Andrew, can you walk like a duck?"

I thought these flowers would be a nice place for a sibling photo, ha yeah right mom!

We have been walking down to the cul-de-sac lately so Andrew can ride his bike.  He gets a kick out of racing sister.

I can't believe how big he is now!

And here are some photos of my little model girl in some outfits I have been sewing for her.

I love this picture, she is a super hero!  Really, she tripped and I snapped this mid fall.  She still trips all the time, I think she gets her clumsy from me!

I think she wants me to stop taking her picture so she can go down the slide :)
