More rice cereal!

First taste of solid food!

Andrew got to try some rice cereal last night and he LOVED it! He couldn't get enough, when it was all gone, he screamed louder than I have ever heard him scream! It was so fun to watch him eat with a spoon for the first time.

Grandma and Grandpa A came to visit for Easter! Here are some pictures from our walk yesterday...

Today we visited the Botanical Gardens here in town, it was beautiful!

I put Andrew down in his crib for his afternoon nap and surprisingly he didn't scream! I put him down on his back like all the books tell you to and when I peeked in to check on him after about 30 min, I found him sprawled out on his belly. I just had to sneak in and take pictures of him, he looks so sweet when he's sleeping!

Prop sitting!

I know when my mom sees these pictures I am going to get scolded for letting Andrew grow up too fast, but he is doing it all on his own! Today we were playing in his room and he sat up like this for quite a little while.  I agree mom, he is growing too fast!

 

Easter Bunny

We took Andrew to the mall today to sit on the Easter Bunny's lap, he did great!

Splash Park!

It's been a busy week! I worked 10 hour shifts the past 7 days in a row! Today Andrew and I celebrated the day off by going to the splash park in Alachua.  It was so fun! I met up with 2 friends from work and their kids.  The park was so neat, it has tons of fountains to play in and then there was a playground around the corner, we splashed in the water a bit and then hit the swings!

When we got home there was a package on the door step with all kinds of goodies and this great lamb from my Aunt Vicki who spoils us rotten!

Big boy seat

We went out to eat last night and Andrew sat in a high chair for the first time! I think he really liked being able to sit up at the table and see everyone.  He is growing up too fast!  I took these pictures on my phone, he wouldn't stop chatting with Aunt Jenny long enough for me to get any good pictures!
