Andrew's Christmas buddy

I have this little stuffed teddy bear with a halo and angel wings that I stick in the Christmas tree every year.  This year Andrew has adopted him, He takes him out of the tree and carries him around the house. He will sit him on the couch while he plays or on the dining room chair while he is exploring.  Here are some pictures I snuck of the two of them looking out the back door :)

Mini vacation

We spent the last two days having a great time at Universal in Orlando.

Andrew got to ride some crazy animals in Seuss Landing.

And he went on the caro-Seuss-el

We stopped by Hogwart's

We met Barney and friends and watched his Holiday show.

Read some giant Curious George books

Played in Fifel's playland

Andrew got eaten by some sharks

Andrew clapped his hands to a Blues Brother's concert in the street.

Rode the caro-Seuss-el again, it was much moire fun the second time!

Dad and Andrew did some police work.

Met Thing 2

Andrew got a stuffed dino in Jurrasic Park, which came in handy as a pillow on the way out.  He was exhausted!

Andrew's favorite thing we did there was by far the animal show.  He was clapping his hands and waving his arms around, the kid loves dogs!

Cookie monster

Right after Andrew's first nap today, we got a package at our door.  It was a present from Aunt Vicki with lots of delicious cookies inside! There was a special cookie for Andrew and after he ate all his peas for dinner, he got to dig in!

At first he wasn't quite sure what to do with such a giant cookie...

Maybe give it kisses?

He was pretty sure he wasn't going to share...

Finally he ripped off the head and had a taste!

Hey, that's pretty good!

More kisses, Andrew loves cookies!

Poor cookie never stood a chance. Thanks Aunt Vicki, that was fun!

Visiting the ducks

I have been telling Andrew for week now that we would go feed the ducks.  We planned to go last week but then he got sick.  Yesterday while I put him down for his morning nap I told him "when you wake up we will go feed the ducks", of course when he woke up it was raining.  So finally today we took our stale bread down to the pond and fed the ducks!

We must have looked like the duck feeding type because before I even got the bread out the ducks came running.  We were surrounded by quacking ducks, Andrew LOVED it!  I am sure glad we did have bread, I don't want to think what this swarm of ducks would have done if we didn't!

Look at the cute babies!

Andrew was really amazed by them.  He was so cute to watch, I think we will have to do this every time we have stale bread!
