Clown pirate

Kenneth bought the new Madagascar movie for Andrew and it came with a clown wig.  After Andrew went trick-or-treating he wanted to wear the clown wig (which really surprises me because normally he hates things on his head).  He had a good time helping hand out candy as a clown pirate :)

He had a good bit of candy last night.  He can't open the packages so he would get some out of his bag and hand it to someone to open.  Once he had enough candy, we started pretending we couldn't open the candy.

Even Emily got in on the clown wig action.  I laughed so much!

Happy (?) Halloween!

Happy Halloween!  We carved pumpkins this morning (OK really I carved pumpkins, Andrew wanted nothing to do with those slimy things, Emily didn't mind getting her fingers slimy though!).  I even did a pirate pumpkin to match Andrew's costume!

Andrew was not thrilled to sit beside them.

We were able to trick him into standing next to them by taking the tops off and asking him to put their tops back on.

We went trick-or-treating at the zoo.  It was really awesome, but you will have to take my word for it because I forgot my camera.

Andrew's costume and some Halloween festivities

This year Andrew is a pirate!

We went to a costume party for kids under 3 at the library on Tuesday.  Andrew had a blast.

Last night we went to sorority row for some trick-or-treating.  It took Andrew several houses to get the hang of it, at first he wanted to eat every piece of candy he was given!

They had games for the little ones to play.

Andrew ran around like crazy!

I think daddy enjoyed carrying Emily around, her costume was a hit!

Poor little guy was so tired when we were done, after the last house, he laid down on the sidewalk and put his head down.  He was asleep withing seconds of getting in the car!

Andrew's Halloween craft

We had a lazy day hanging around the house today.  I pulled out some construction paper an handed Andrew the Elmer's glue.  This was his first time using glue, he worked so diligently gluing orange papers to the pumpkin I drew him.

That think hanging around his neck it the shark trick or treat bag I made him this morning, he thinks it is a necklace.

He helped me write his name, he wasn't much help :)

Emily is a rock-star!

They were in the tub together tonight.

Emily wasn't to thrilled.

And check out Andrew's boo boo under his eye.  We went for a walk, Andrew was walking with me while I pushed Emily in the stroller.  He tripped and fell face first into the stroller, he skinned up his knees too.

Emily's Halloween costume!

I am so excited about Halloween this year! I think Andrew will really enjoy it!  And I am really excited about Emily's Halloween costume, she is the prettiest mermaid around!  Andrew wouldn't cooperate for photos today so you will have to wait to see those, I know the suspense is killing you :)
