I think Andrew was missing all the excitement of being at Grandma and Grandpa's house this morning and he was driving me nuts! So I made up some tub paint using his baby soap and threw him in the tub to play.
He had a really good time painting the tub and himself :)
Kenneth and I went to a wedding this weekend in Sarasota. That meant a lot of Grandma and Grandpa time for Andrew!
He got to swim in the pool and use his police float again! I learned he is not a fan of floating on his back this year.
We hit the playground. Andrew is getting really good at climbing on the playground equipment, his favorite this time was the see saw, we almost couldn't get him off!
And we hit the beach. Andrew had a hard time walking in the sand and was not crazy about getting it on his hands. He really liked watching the seagulls and was teasing them with his crackers.
Andrew's hair was starting to look a bit wild. I love his curly locks and had been debating whether I had the heart to cut them for a few days now. This morning I decided it was time!
Here is my wild man before...
This was my first attempt at hair cutting and I am not sure Andrew had much faith in my abilities :) It was a lot harder than I thought it would be to cut a one year old's hair, he kept covering his head with his arms and squirming all over the place! But it turned out OK...
Andrew got some really awesome water toys for Easter so we had to make a trip to the splash park today to try them out! We got there around 10 and had the whole place to ourselves for about 30 min!
Andrew was so tidy with his toys, he would put one away before getting out another :)
